US Patent No. 10,765,613 B2 (Randall Glenn Marsh); The Procter & Gamble Company has patented a wet wipe comprising a substrate and a lotion emulsion composition. The lotion emulsion composition is comprised of from about 0.05-0.29% of a preservative enhancing agent and from about 0.01-0.06% of a rheology modifier.
